Cooking week

One thing I learned from watching Master Chef ( you should watch it too) is the importance of plating. Plating gives the impression your food tastes as good as those cooked and served in 5 star restaurant even though this is your first time cooking it. They make your average daily food looks like french gourmet dining. Check the below dinner that I cooked during my aunt's China vacation.

Honey Soy roast chicken with side of cauliflower mash, steam potatoes and baked pumpkin (by Cousin Bro).

Simple omurice (Japanese Omelette's Rice)

Salted egg yolk prawns with garlic fried rice

Pork chop with cauliflower mash.

I bet you can't tell which one is first try and which one I have done before :)
